Book your telehealth consultation with a Dietitian
In addition to our face to face consultations, we have an online clinic known as Telehealth. These are delivered to you via phone or video consultations.
Telehealth enables you to receive quality care closer to home and improves access to nutrition healthcare.
It's suitable for those who are carers, have busy lifestyles or live in remote areas.
Telehealth service can be accessed by simply using your mobile phone, tablet or computer. There is no need for any software or downloads. A link will be emailed to you prior to your consultation. Simply click on the link at the time of your appointment and your Telehealth consultation will commence.
Telehealth consultations are the same as face to face consultations, with a caring approach to your nutrition needs.
Your dietitian will determine if Telehealth is an appropriate and available option for you based on your health and nutrition needs.

What is an Appointment Checklist?
In preparation for your consult, we gather some information about you to tailor the best nutritional advice to suit your medical, weight loss, and lifestyle needs. It helps us identify the areas that we can support you best on. You’ll only need to fill it out once and will take about 2 minutes to complete.
When you have secured your online booking, you’ll receive an emailed link to fill in a checklist.
This checklist is completed and submitted online, no printing is required. The service is completely secure and confidential and your information is kept private.
The Appointment Checklist asks you about the following:
Your Medical History & Nutrition Needs
Your dietary recommendations will be better suited for you when we know of any preconditions you may have, such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, thyroid disease, coeliac disease, or had weight loss surgery. We can then provide you evidence-based nutrition advice based on your health background and your nutrition needs. If you have any recent blood tests, have them ready at your consult.
Lifestyle & Goals
To provide you with expert advice, we’ll need to know a little more about you. You may be cooking for one or for a family of five, stay at home mum, or a night-shift worker. This may sometimes (not everyone) include a 1-3 day food diary to get to know your eating, exercise & lifestyle pattern. We can help support you with your health and nutrition well being.
